An appeal has now been lodged for the above application, appeal ref: 24/00092/REF. The start date for this appeal is the 6th December 2024. The appeal will be determined on the basis of a hearing to be conducted by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State. This will include the Council’s Statement of Case which will be available to view online 5 weeks after the start date.
