Planning application for up to 79 dwellings - APPEAL lodged

Planning application: 22/03695/AOP for the Land North of the A413 - for up to 79 dwellings.
Appeal Ref: 24/00092/REF Planning Inspectorate Ref: APP/J0405/W/24/3351388

An appeal has now been lodged for the above application, appeal ref: 24/00092/REF. The start date for this appeal is the 6th December 2024. The appeal will be determined on the basis of a public hearing to be conducted by an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State. You can view documents relating to the Appeal at Buckinghamshire Council’s website https://wwwbuckinghamshire.gov.uk. Under the planning and building control section take the option for ‘planning application, permission and advice’ Then the option ‘view a planning application’, then select ‘Aylesbury Vale’ change the search options to Appeal and in the search box enter the appeal reference (24/00092/REF). You will now be on the appeal page and you will be able see the appeal documents. This will include any documents submitted by Buckinghamshire Council.
The appeal process is speedy and only 5 weeks, that is until 10 January 2025, is allowed for comments to be submitted. The Parish Council took steps to ask for extra time. While not as long as we would wish, the deadline for comments was extended to 17 January, still not long but slightly better.
If you made any comments on the planning application, a copy will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate. But you may wish to make further comments. You can do so online at: https://www.gov.uk/planning-inspectorate. Select the option ‘search for an appeal’, then ‘search for a case’, then ‘make a representation’.

Any further comments must reach the Planning Inspectorate by 17th January 2025.
