The Parish Council was notified on the 4th November of an outline planning application for up to 81 dwellings from Kler Group. It consists of 61 private and 20 social dwellings with a mix of houses and apartments. The indicative master plan is attached below.

Parish Council held a meeting for residents in the Village Hall on
Tuesday 22nd November to hear residents' views on the outline
planning application. Nearly 60 people attended and overwhelmingly expressed concern about the proposals. Those present were urged to send their comments to Buckinghamshire Council and pass the same message to friends and neighbours.
