Proposal for 81 new dwellings - keep commenting

PLEASE NOTE: The Parish Council has now filed its objections to this application. Many residents have commented on this application. As the 'determination' date is 1 February 2023 there is still an opportunity for more to comment, so please do. This is your village!

The Parish Council was notified on the 4th November of an outline planning application for up to 81 dwellings from Kler Group. It consists of 61 private and 20 social dwellings with a mix of houses and apartments. The indicative master plan is attached below.

A special edition of the Padbury Parish Pump was recently delivered to residents as we appreciate that not everyone has access to the internet or uses Facebook. This edition contains more information regarding the proposed new development. A copy can be viewed below.

The Parish Council held a meeting for residents in the Village Hall on Tuesday 22nd November to hear residents' views on the outline planning application. Nearly 60 people attended and overwhelmingly expressed concern about the proposals. Those present were urged to send their comments to Buckinghamshire Council and pass the same message to friends and neighbours.

Comments can be made via the Buckinghamshire Council website, see link - Buckinghamshire Council - Planning Application Summary. The application reference number is: 22/03695/AOP.
